• This section could also include a database of company profiles - actions they have
implemented and other information, it could include information on whether they have staff
interested in carpooling and could be interactive, to allow people to search by company type or
actions implemented.
• This section may be developed at a later date but could support a local ‘star rating scheme'
based on transport actions that companies implement. It would build the profile of companies
that have already implemented travel plans.
• This tool would also allow companies to directly contact one another to share information or
ask questions. But would require resources to set up the web application and would need
regular updating. Also an issue in the beginning when few companies are listed - could be
worth building once a reasonable number of companies are on-board.
